According to God’s plan, rain falls from the sky and touches the earth. Thirsting plants and animals are quenched by some of it. The rest begins a long journey deep into the earth. Slowly each drop trickles through sandstone. One joins with another and still another until they become an underground stream seeking to feel the warmth of the sun once again. The cold water that was once rain gushes through openings in the native stone to become a giant pool, then a stream, a river, water vapor and finally rain drops once again. None of this happens by chance. It is all part of God’s purpose for each drop of rain. Can you imagine what He has planned for your life! |
